Love this mall. While some people like an entertainment experience, I like a simple place to shop. Since it is near Willowbrook and Short Hills, it tends not to get overcrowded. It has all the basics and some hard to find shops like crazy 8s. Does not have a ton of distractions so if you have little ones with you, you aren't going to leave the mall spending a ton of money on other experiences. However, it does have a Barnes and Noble and a decent food court if you need those things. Also, it has family bathrooms so if you have to nurse or if dad needs to take boys and girls to the bathroom or if you have other unique bathroom needs, it isn't difficult to accommodate.
Very good service. No long lines. Excellent.
Really nice place and its usually not crouded(like willowbrook). Makes going to a mall fun since there isnt 1,000 people and the noise to go with it. You can shop and eat in peace with family and friends.
The mall is great. But some of the stores like Macy's in particular, is really going down hill. there are no workers in about four of the stations the service is very juvenile. I love them don't get me wrong. but Macy's needs to get some more professional and dedicated workers.
It's a good mall, but it has done too many changes with stores . Several are gone.
