Nice shoe store. Prices are compatible to other similar store, but this plane has great selection.
One friendly staff member greeted me. Went to checkout with my item. Manager checked me out I handed over my coupons. Manager was unwilling to honor coupons. Won't ever waste my time with DSW anymore.
The prices are expensive and the staff didn't seems so friendly..
Great selection, crappy staff. no customer service skills whatsoever and they have an attitude. don't say hi, smile or thanks when you're checking out. They literally act like you're a nuisance for even coming into the store.
