Only good the I would say bout the Kay jewelers is that there rings are a bit cheaper n there mostly know what there doing. Customer service is incredibly rude. I brought a wedding ring with a insurance plan and promotion there and wanted sized down. But every time I asked them to do it, they rudely insisted my finger was to big for my ring and I should size it up. The ring came in size 4 or 5 and I told them I wanted size 4.5 cause 5 will fall off. (Side note: I'm stacking my 4.3 which use to be a 5 and fell off once because it was to big and is now the perfect size 4.3) I told this to the lady that helped me. And she ignored every world I said still insisting my finger was to big. So I left wasting my trip without sizing my ring which felt so loose that it was gonna fall off.

So backtrack for a second. I brought the ring with an insurance plan and promotion. Then I get this letter about refusal credit. I call the Livingston Kay jewelers hoping to solve this issue of where this letter came from and will I be charged. But I couldn't even get a word out since the Lady on the phone was screaming at me "WHO IS THIS??!!! " ITS FREE!!!! NO! YOU'RE NOT GONNA BE CHARGED!! "I SAID YOU WONT!! Were the excate words she said to me! I told her (DESPERATELY trying to talk over her) I get that And before I can say anything else, she hung up on me without another word.

Worse experience of my life, I was humiliated, belittled n every way possible. The associate was very racist and beyond rude to me. I am returning every single piece of jewelry I got from this company and I am filing a civil suit against Kay's, I will not stop until that associate be fired for the way she treated me, and its not the first time experiencing rudeness from this particular associate, but anyway, Kay's will be hearing from my lawyer.

Dispite all problems, I would just like to thank upper corporate/customer service Rita who did help me resolve this issue. She was extremely Patient, nice and helpful in talking the time to answer all questions!

The next visit I tried making an appointment over the phone instead with a different person but the lady just got so annoyed with me (because I wanted to make sure I could get my ring sized without a problem) that she hung up on me.

Third time going to kay jewelry I was lucky to get someone different and the ring sized the way that I needed.

Being forced to show up the second time with the same lady, she still refused to size my ring down she n even insist it was my Tiffani's engagement that need to be sized when the Kay jeweler a ring clearly felt like it was falling of my finger!

*I personally have 4+ years of customer service and retail experience. It upsets and disappoints me to see such poor customer service, specially at a place where your goal is to make someone happy during the most special day of there lives.
