Macy's.....horrible customer service from some of the cashier... Macy's employees should treat their customers better. No wonder this mall is always empty.

Just wonderful, Dawn at men's department was just wonderful she was willig to go and find the right shos sizes without hesitation and answer all our questions.
When I asked to speak with a manager, I was informed she was too busy to manage the issue.
They offer many coupons, but they don't seem to Be available when you try to use them...lots of exclusions. They seem to be gimmicks to draw you in as a shopper. I don't have confidence in their coupons. Leaves with you a bad taste in your mouth.
