Big selection, very relaxing, and peaceful. Also there is very nice staff.
Small Barnes and Noble, but clean and good selection for the size. This location has CDs and DVDs, and they were doing children's activities
Nice place to hang out, relax, and enjoy coffee. But that's it. Employees are useful if you need to find book but not very friendly. Find one who smiles and says hello. They don't recognize and connect with regulars very well. Bathrooms are very dirty all the time. Magazines are poorly organized and not updated. This place is poorly managed and the cafe has the slowest lines and workers in the planet. Membership won't say you much Amazon is way cheaper. They just want you to buy their little gift items located everywhere.

Although they didn't have the books I wanted, staff was very nice and helpful. Nearly shelved books all where they're supposed to be. Nice kids section
